In 2014 La Trobe supported staff through a significant but necessary organisational change. Post the change, there was an acknowledgement that a fresh approach to business process management was necessary to support the new structure and enable key objectives in the strategy.

Senior Manager Process Improvement
Michelle is a Senior Business Manager (CPA and AAICD) with substantial experience in business transformation, process re-engineering and program and project management.
More recently she has moved into Business Process Improvement and now manages a team that trains, coaches, supports and encourages champions across La Trobe to promote, demonstrate and lead the continuous improvement evolution.
